RESTRICTIONS

All customers must, therefore, comply with the following age, weight, and health restrictions:

1. The maximum weight for flying is 100 kg. Please note that if you exceed 100 kg, you will be unable to fly.
2. The minimum age to participate in Fly Station Bali is 4, so anyone who would like to fly in wind tunnel with us must be at least 4 years old and maximum 70 years old.
3. If you have a medical condition or injury at any age, you must inform us before flying.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To fly with us, you will be required to make a booking (via WhatsApp, Email ) and fill the booking details.
2. The minimum age for flying is 4 years old. Anyone between the ages of 4 – 15 will be witnessed by a parent or guardian. Your parents or legal guardian will also need to be present on the day of the booking date.
3. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing, like a casual outfit, t-shirts, shorts, training pants. After the briefing, you will be equipped with a special suit, helmet and shoes, which guarantees you 100% safety and comfort.
4. During the entire flight time, you will be under the protection of our experienced instructors, and before getting into the flight zone you will get detailed instructions on safety and flight rules.
5. Please ensure you arrive at the Indoor SkyDiving Bali at your booking time to complete the briefing and administration.
6. All administration is necessary and must be completed before flying.

PAYMENTS, DATE CHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You right to cancel – all bookings made over the phone may be canceled within 7 days of book.
2. No deposit should be made for the booking. You can pay cash on the day of your booking. If your book date is affected by bad weather, you will be able to transfer your booking to an alternative suitable date at no extra charge. We do not issue refunds due to bad weather but will reschedule your fly.
3. Once you have arrived on site and have completed all of your induction paperwork, payments are not refundable or transferable. Paperwork is valid for 3 months from the date signed. If you are unable to fly (e.g. due to unsuitable weather conditions), another date that is agreeable for both parties will be arranged, no refunds will be issued.
4. Flight must be pre-booked. There is no charge to reschedule a flight which has been prevented due to bad weather.
5. We are happy for you to reschedule the date of your fly at any time for no extra charge as long as it is within 7 days of your book date.
6. No refund or repeat attempt will be issued after a refusal to fly and exit the wind tunnel.
7. The rules and regulations of the Fly Station Bali and instructors must be adhered to at all times.
8. Your flight will take place at Bali Brasco Mall, Sunset Road. located in an outdoor, parking lot area.
